In 1996, Citadelle was born as the first artisanal Gin de France, leading the movement for artisanal gins. With an ultimate goal to make Citadelle in the same way vintners make fine wine, Citadelle is a true chateau-to-bottle gin and is part of the Maison Ferrand portfolio. Maison Ferrand is one of the world’s premier boutique producers of fine spirits. Founded by Alexandre Gabriel in 1989, Maison Ferrand’s mission is to preserve age-old, artisanal production methods that capture the true expression of their spirits, and a commitment to revisit the classics while advancing innovation.
