La Châsse is a range of Côtes du Rhône wine made with grapes from the Languedoc region and meant for simple, pleasurable and convivial consumption. The name La Châsse refers to a chest that was used to store the great reliquaries of the Pontiffs who resided in Avignon during the 14th Century.
